| The

| Inputs to the model include: (You can edit inputs in the darker
blue cells in the workbook.) |
| • A list of job alternatives (company name, position title) |
| • A list of criteria for evaluating the job opportunities |
| • A weighting factor for each evaluation criterion. The weights
are the same for all job opportunities. |
| • A quantitative rating of each
opportunity for each decision criterion. (We used a range of 0 - 10
for ratings). |
| • The currently estimated probability that an offer of
employment will be forthcoming. |
